A north-facing bedroom with a 90 + 140×200 cm bunk bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and two sinks.

Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob.
Combination oven (microwave + traditional), extractor hood,
Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Indoor dining area.
Open kitchen with access to the terrace through
a large sliding glass door.
Pool area …
Heated swimming pool with heat pump, dimensions 9 × 3.5 × 1.45 m,
secured with a bar cover. Open from late March to late October depending on weather.
160 m² natural stone pool deck, fully enclosed, with pool house including WC, laundry area, relaxation and dining space.
Sun loungers, deck chairs, parasols, pergola, and solar shower.

Everything you need to make both adults and children happy.
Swings, slide, mini ping-pong table, small drawing table for kids near the pool, full-size ping-pong table,
and a pétanque court for older guests!
